Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom-made items require additional production time; estimated processing times will be provided once the design is finalized.

Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Olivia Michael Designs. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our return guidelines below.

Standard Items

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom jewelry and accessories.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom-Made Items

  • All custom-made pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If there are any issues with a custom item, you must contact us within 7 days (1 week) of the order arriving so we can review the concern and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Cancellations

Orders for in-stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Product Care

To keep your Olivia Michael Designs pieces looking beautiful:

  • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes.

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or showering.

  • Store pieces in a dry, clean jewelry pouch or box.
